This agreement allows an undergraduate students quota of the 2 institutions to attend during a semester or a year the program specially built for them.

Telecom SudParis and Sup'Com (Tunis) signed on June 7 2010 a major partnership agreement, in presence of Tunisian Minister of Communication Technologies and France's ambassador in Tunis.
This agreement provides the opening of a Tunis stream for the 2011 school year, allowing for the first time to students admitted to Telecom SudParis - by the way of Telecom INT entrance exam ("Banque de notes CCMP") - to begin the core of their engineering education at Sup'Com (3 semesters), then perform at Telecom SudParis their advanced studies.
The two high schools strengthen their partnership to provide in situ a joint formation of engineers, in tune with the technological challenges of the information and communication society.
This initiative responds to the french and tunisian recommendations that encourage engineering schools to develop international joint curricula. It also responds to the will of the Tunisian government that focuses on ICT as a lever for development.
This falls in Sup'Com policy of openness to international and accreditation of its courses.
This course fulfills a long educational and scientific partnership between Sup'Com and Telecom SudParis. It aims to help fill the need for High Tech engineers capable of mastering intercultural dimensions, critical capacity to the future engineers.
Telecom SudParis and Sup'Com also signed a double degree agreement to help students from both schools to obtain two engineering degrees, by organizing curriculum to respect accreditation requirements established by the french "Commission des Titres d'Ingénieur".

Telecom SudParis signed in may 2009 an agreement on double degree with the Xidian University, establishment of People's Republic of China mainly devoted to higher education in electronics, telecommunications and networks.
The objective is to welcome students of Master of Engineering from Xidian programs in Master of Science Telecom SudParis.
The quality of training provided to its students by Xidian University has contributed significantly to sign this agreement, the University ranks 1st in the list of programs engineers from Chinese universities for its "telecom engineer" and 2nd for its "engineering networks".

Telecom SudParis and Moroccan School of Engineering in Rabat signed in April 2009 an agreement on dual degree, demonstrating their desire to strengthen their relations in the academic, scientific and cultural areas.
The agreement provides for the mobility of students Moroccan from the 4th year of EMSI to the 2nd year of engineering curriculum at Telecom SudParis. At the end of their training, if they successfully complete the four semesters of training in Telecom SudParis, they receive the Telecom SudParis Master's degree and the EMSI one.

Telecom SudParis, the Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia Tech Lorraine signed on April 7, 2009 a double degree agreement provides Telecom SudParis engineer students to award the "Master of Science Degree" of Georgia Institute of Technology, and also Georgia Institute of technology "Master of Science Degree" students to award the Telecom SudParis Master of Science Degree.
