It is a mandatory government fee applicable to all higher education students in France, except exchange students<\/u>. While this insurance is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Personal Liability Insurance is generally included in a Supplementary Health Insurance policy and in Accommodation Insurance.<\/p>\n You are not required to enroll in the French National Healthcare IF you have a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)<\/strong>. The EHIC must be valid until the end of your stay<\/u>.
