This group’s research focuses on the foundations of information theory, including entropy, coding, and transmission over noisy channels. the group also studies signal processing and analysis, as well as modern communication systems, such as wireless networks, radar, MIMO, OFDM-NOMA, and more. In addition to traditional approaches, the group conducts research in quantum information theory and quantum communications. They explore the fundamental limits of quantum mechanics for processing and securely transmitting information (quantum entropy, transmission rates, etc.).

The group’s research combines theoretical approaches with practical applications, ranging from mathematical modeling to designing efficient, robust receivers.
