📝 How to register at Télécom SudParis

In mid-June, you will receive a Télécom SudParis email account. From September onwards, you must use this account for all communication with your professors and the administration.

Please keep this information safe.

You will also receive a message from the registration office providing a list of documents to prepare for registration and the relevant deadlines. Remember to update your personal details by logging into your SI ETUDIANTS account using your username and password (exchange students are not affected).

If you have any registration- or student ID card-related issues, or if you have trouble logging into your CAS account before the start of the school year, please email the Registration Office at inscriptions@telecom-sudparis.eu

📋Registration process

To complete your registration at Télécom SudParis, please click on the following link to provide some information and the following documents:

1. An ID photograph in JPEG format- 2Mb limit. Deadline :18 August 2026

2. Copy of your Identity Document (identity card or passport)

3. Copy of a valid visa or resident card for non-European students *

4. CVEC Certificate with a QR code (student & campus life contribution): https://cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/

5. Birth certificate translated into French for non-European International students: a birth certificate that is typed and that shows filiation (surname and first name of the parents)

6. A conditional scholarship certificate issued by the CROUS or your French government scholarship certificate CAMPUS FRANCE

7. Students admitted on qualifications: diploma certificate or certificate of academic achievement translated in French or English

8. Students in a dual degree program under agreement: academic transcript only or certificate of achievement. Document translated in French or English

9. Civil liability insurance certificate (highly recommended but not mandatory)

* Resident card extensions are valid only if you add the copy of the expired resident card

→ The registration period is generally open from June 15 to September 15.

Please note that on the registration platform, you can save your progress as you go and return later to finish.

🎓 Student badge

You will receive your student ID card on the Welcome Day. This card will grant you access to the campus, all classrooms, practical training rooms, and certain labs. You can load money onto the card and use it the cafeteria and snack bar.

You can also use it to print, at the printers reserved for students (above NOVA, near the library).
