Bike & Run 2026: A Fun and Friendly Sports Challenge on Campus
Bike & Run, a fun and friendly sports event, will take place on April 9, 2026, in Évry-Courcouronnes and will bring together nearly 200 participants.
Open to students from the Institut Polytechnique de Paris as well as those from universities and schools in Essonne, this event was designed to foster exchanges between students and companies in a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere.
Its unique team format is what makes it special: participants alternate between running and cycling throughout the course, with the goal of crossing the finish line together.
Two courses to choose from
- Discovery Course: approximately 7 km
- Advanced Course: approximately 15 km
Teams can register as pairs, with free relay changes throughout the race.
Schedule for the day
- 12:00 PM – 1:45 PM: Bib distribution
- 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Group warm-up
- 2:00 PM: Start of the “Advanced” race
- 2:05 PM: Start of the “Discovery” race
- 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Snacks for participants
- 3:45 PM – 4:00 PM: Entertainment
- 4:15 PM – 4:30 PM: Awards ceremony
- 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: After-work event with companies
A day combining sports and camaraderie
Beyond athletic performance, Bike & Run is first and foremost a time for sharing. Participants will enjoy a warm welcome and entertainment throughout the afternoon, with an opportunity to network with companies at the end of the day
