Fundraising dinner in aid of students at IMT schools

The Mines-Télécom Foundation fundraising dinner will take place on Thursday, 6 November 2025, starting at 7 p.m. at the Aéro-Club de France, 6 rue Galilée, Paris. The guest of honour will be François Gemenne, political scientist, researcher and co-author of the 6th GIEC report.

The evening will be marked by conviviality and solidarity. Guests and graduates will have the opportunity to chat with each other and ask questions of François Gemenne, who will speak on ‘The role of engineers in adapting to climate change.’

Drawing on his experience in space, he will talk about lessons that can be applied to preserving the planet.

Remember that the funds raised will be used to support students at Télécom SudParis and seven other IMT schools (IMT Atlantique, IMT Nord Europe, IMT Mines Albi, IMT Mines Alès, Mines Saint-Etienne, Télécom Paris and Institut Mines-Télécom Business School) through scholarships and initiatives promoting social diversity, such as mentoring.
